I'm Cedric Britton, your neighbor and expert realtor. I was born and raised in the great state of Louisiana, but I have called Tampa, Florida, home for over 20 years. I have spent many of those years as an I.T. professional and consultant in industries spanning beauty technology, healthcare technology and global marketing, including several years in real estate agent marketing and technology design.
My home life in Tampa has been spent in some of the most desirable communities in and around the greater Tampa Bay Area. My personal experiences navigating the highs and lows of being a first-time buyer and seller, placed me on the path to becoming a real estate professional.
As a husband and father of three (3), I understand the power and pride of homeownership and the need to work with people you can trust and depend on. I am dedicated to exceptional client service that will continue far beyond the purchase, sell or lease of your new home. Outside of real estate, I enjoy being a husband and father, as well as the occasional DIY project at home.
